I have been practicing yoga for many years – I was suffering from back pain and found yoga really helped.
As my practice developed, I discovered that not only was I becoming stronger and more flexible in my body as a whole, but that I had an increased sense of peace and calm. Being someone who tends to worry and think ahead all the time, yoga taught me to be more present and enjoy life “now”. It also helped me shift some baggage I was carrying physically and emotionally.
